Prevent Event was founded in 2008 to address a real need within the sector: to coordinate health and safety measures for those who make live events possible.
Based at the Movistar Arena, we are a small, highly specialised team of Occupational Health and Safety Technicians. We have first-hand knowledge of how live events and shows are set up, run and dismantled, which is why we speak the same language as producers, technicians, riggers and administration staff.
We advise all parties involved in organising health and safety measures, offering an ad-hoc service within each production. In the absence of specific regulations, we combine legal compliance with the implementation of best practice.
Furthermore, we are working towards standardised regulations for the industry: we are members of ASPEC and the CTN311 committee, and we collaborate in working groups alongside the public authorities.
